Bad video card?

I keep seeing these odd discolorations and small blocky looking things on my screen. My computer has restarted twince today. This was an error log info from a Windows 7 error help box

First of all check the temps on the card. If they are too high it can cause artifacts like that. If that checks out then try updating the drivers. If that doesn't help you may have a bad card.

What video card do you have?

Try a few other drivers to see if you see the same problem, and remember to use driver sweeper/cleaner. Sometimes drivers alone can cause bsods.

Considering its age it wouldn't surprise me if the card itself is the problem. Often a common cause of atrifacts is due to the video card RAM going bad.

Hopefully that has resolved the issue, however if it hasnt do as suggested above and check the temps, other than that its either not getting enough power or has memory on the way out
