Bad video card??

.wmv files haven't been playing correctly for me, but when I turn off the video acceleration they work fine. From my understanding the video acceleration uses the video card to process the info to take some load off the cpu. So then if the video acceleration doesn't work right does that mean I have a bad video card??

It's a Sapphire Radeon x600 Pro PCI-E.
 
Well, I contacted Sapphire, and they said it's a deffective card, and I should RAM it. So that's what I'll do.

I only posted this incase anyone else had a similar problem. This issue is dead and burried.
