My PS and video card went out so I replaced both. Now when I plug my moniter it says no signal check video cable but when I plug the dvd port the message goes away but the screen is blank ??

May be the video card is not in all the way, I hear the clicking noise when I plugged it in. Is 350 W enough for amd 64, 1GB RAM, 2 HD's , 2 DVD rom's and 3 fans.

What video card? Is it a quality brand 350W PSU, or is it an offbrand type? It my be wise to invest in a higher quality PSU (400W or more).

right. many PSU doesn't have enough power that it claim to have. Look for graphics card manufacturer's recommendation on system requirement on the box/manual.

I replaced the PS now I am having the same problem, the moment I plug my agp card and use analog for my moniter, I get check signal cable error but when I use dvi the screen is blank.

I also tried swapping a pci graphics card same error, either the agp slot went bad so quickly or what ?.
