bad to tilt hard drive diagonally?

ever since i tilted my computer about 30deg upwards ive been getting crashes... is it b/c of the the hard drive or soemthign else?

I dunno. Gateway has some of their HDs vertical...but i guess anything that's not perpendicular is bad?

Level back the system and see if the crashes shows up again. I doubt it's b/c of the HDD. I think it's software related.

You dont want a diagonal HD. Have it up and down or sideways, but not in between. That will give the HD's "motor" extra strain. (Shouldn't crash though).
