Bad temps with new Freezer Extreme ?

Hello !
I have the old stepping of the 6600, B0 I believe it is ...
With the Alpine 7 small cooler I was getting 50-55c idle, and now with a huge freezer extreme, I am getting 47-50... And it's fitted well.
So my question is- To alll freezer extreme owners: is it supposed to spin at 1200RPM ? Because that's what im getting !
How do I bump it up ? And yes I disabled the SMART FAT option in bios ...

You got quite a boost to your temps, I don't see what the problem is. 5C is quite a bit.
