twinkletoes and i were talking about the girl that slit her tires, and i told her these two short stories...but that inspired me to make my own thread about bad stuff that happens to good people.

so tell me what has happened to you, but only if you are one of the good people who doesnt steal stuff from others


my girlfriend's car got broken into and they took the CD player i gave her for her birthday. i gave it to her like 5 days before that happened. :brokenheart: she was really upset, and not without due cause. that made me so fvcking pissed i couldnt see straight. if i would have seen the people who were doing that, id probably be in prison right now. i am sorry, it may be stupid for me to be like that, but i simply have no tolerance for people who steal. i start seeing red instantly and all logic is gone.

once i was at the junkyard and some guy was jacking my blazer up and unscrewing my lugs. he was trying to steal my tire!!! i walked up behind him and felt my fists clenching...i was about to knock this guy the fvck out, but i saw other people looking at me, so i cooled my jets and tapped him on the shoulder and said "get the fvck away from my car." this was the 2nd week i had been dating my current g/f (of 3 years)...thank god she wasnt around for that or we may not be dating right now

Hmm, I'm a pretty good guy. I don't steal peoples stuff, never killed anyone. I got laid-off in July of last year, 1 month after my daughter being born. Well it's alomst 9 months later and i'm still jobless, have no source of income(luckily my GF got a job that started today, she was laid off a month after me) and 1 of our 2 cars isn't running.
This is all after moving into a house too. 🙁



There are somedays that i think the world hates me and i feel like eating a bullet, but the site of her keeps me going.
 
yeah...i gave myself a pat on the back after it was all said and done because i thought i handled it well. but, i also thought ahead while t was happening and realized that with my bad luck, he would have fallen foward, knocked the car off the jack, and i would have been accused of murder...very complicated scenario
