bad spot in lcd monitor

In one of our monitors there is a bad spot a bit larger than a quarter with a nice halo around it. Funny thing is it has been known to migrate. What is going on here?
Still using it since it isn't in the way at the moment.

Is it possible the screen is warping? I've never heard of a bad spot 'migrating' around the screen. Can you post a pic?

Well, we haven't documented the movement in pictures. Frankly, it isn't on the top of my mind all the time.
It looks like a large grey spot with a halo around it. Funny thing is part of the circle can be at the top of the screen while the other part of the circle can be at the bottom of the screen. OR the circle can be whole and in a random part of the right half of the screen.
No kidding this is the oddest thing I've ever seen.

Probably Jesus. He probably hasn't quite figured out the Tech yet. Make a stack of Pancakes, perhaps he'll go back to where he's more adept.
