BAD SLEEPING HABITS: TALKING in your SLEEP

My roomate was telling me how I sometimes randomly curse/talk in my sleep, and I felt kinda bad about it. Is there any cure to this?

cures....i would think a muzzle or a length of duck tape could do the trick

Apparently I type in my sleep. Like, around 12-3am my roommates tell me. They say I just hobble to the computer and start typing on random websites. Ha ha. What idiots.
