I have a stick of generic pc133 256MB and a stick of kingston value ram, pc100, 256MB, they are running @ 100mhz, i often get this error:

Application popup: Morpheus - [Search]: Morpheus.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x02d49073" referenced memory at "0xc6f2ec62". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

not just in morpheus, in all different programs. Is that just an access violation, i.e. morpheus trying to write to memory it's not supposed to write to, or is the RAM not letting the data be written to it?

also by that hex memory address you could probably figure out which stick of ram is doing it couldnt you?

I'd pull out the generic memory and try again, if the same problem occurs, switch ram and try again. Sounds like one of your sticks of ram isn't happy.

It's quite possible that using either of the ram alone won't produce a problem, but together, they do.. If you do the proper tests, you'll be able to determine if that's the case or not..
