Bad Ram??

I have 2 sticks of crosair value select pc3200. I have my bios settings back on default. Whenever I run memtest, it crashes after 40 mins or so without giving me any errors. I have tried running each stick separately and in different slots. Do I have bad ram?

Sounds like one or both of them might be bad. Try running memtest86 on the memory one at a time if you can.
