Bad PSU?... low voltages?

My computer has been acting funny... like randomly shutting down.... and I'm sure it's the PSU

I have a MSI Neo2 PLatinum... 3000+ winny..

It's defualt voltage is 1.41 according to sandra... is that low?

4.61 standby voltage... it runs a 37C idle with bad case cooling...

Checked my voltage again ... now it's 2.46?

Are you using a known good DMM=digital multi-meter.
