Have a workstation that is a few years old and is powered on all the time. Recently discovered that if it gets turned off, it doesn't want to turn back on. Hit the power button and the power light comes on for a second, the fans spin for a half second and then it goes off again. Trying to turn it on again does absolutely nothing until its either unplugged or the hard switch on the back is cycled. Then it will "try" again. Repeated attempts at this process will get it to turn back on.
