Bad partition tables?

Okay, I made some partitions to be able to get Kubuntu, a Linux distribution on one and do a dual boot system...long story short, that didn't work as planned and it ended up killing windows as well. After a windows partition format and reinstall, everything is semi back to normal except only 2 partitions of 3 hard drives (with about two partitions each) show up in windows. Bios sees the physical drives, but I can't access anything on them...and it's kind of important, like my portfolio and resume for all the graphic work I've ever done my entire life.

Here's my setup:

HD1
partition a (windows)
unpartitioned space

HD2
partition a (data)
partition b (data)
partition c (data)

HD3
partition a (data)

I can see HD1, partition a, and HD3, and that's it. HD2, with all my stuff on it, is completely invisible. Is there any type of program that can restore the partition tables or whatever I need to do to make the data readable?

HELP! I have to go back to school in two weeks and use all of that.

Go to Terabyteunlimited.com to learn about BING. BING's boot manager may be able to boot the problem partition.
