bad news for texans: texas going to point system =(

apparantly, starting labor day, texas is starting the point system for driving. if you have more than 6 points, you have to pay a fee/year until it comes back down to 6 points again (points expire after 3 years of offense)

guess i won't be wondering what this points thing is that people talk about.

we already pay fines without a point system, so, no, people weren't getting away with it
