Bad news for RPG/fallout fans

According to gamespot and a couple forum posts on NMA troika is going under. One post blames activision for pulling funding on a project. A couple of inside people at troika have posted on message boards and they aren't denying the rumor. The end.

I was really excited to see the post apocalyptic game they were working on, the screenshots looked awesome.

And combat in Morrowind is its weakest part, so my hopes for Fallout3wind from Bethesda are not very high.

sigh. I should start buying powerball tickets so if I win I can fund a good postnuclear game and a remake of X-Com.

nooooooooooooooo fallout 1/2 were the best rpg games ever.

Man, that blows. A lot of their problems were all related to Activision. I was hoping to see further titles in VtM from Troika.
