BAD motherboard? LAN connection bad?

Hi, I have a 2002 Gateway 1.2 Celeron with a GeForce FX 5200 PCI video card and OCZ 512 mb of memory. This has been a great little computer, but after THOUSANDS of hours of use I think it might be DYING! FIRST, I have COX highspeed internet on both of my computers and now the 1.2 Celeron says it "Can`t find a Internet Connection" . The motherboard is all intergated so is the LAN. I`ve tried a NEW ethernet cable and then a NEW USB cable and I even tried(Don`t know if I should of tried this) installing a NEW Networking LAN card. NOTHING works, I can`t get connected and then today the monitor went blank( it was hooked to the factory plug, not the video card) So I plug the monitor into the video card and it NOW works. I`ve had this setup since NEW, I paid $120.00 for the FX 5200 video card when it cameout and now you can get it for $20.00 with rebate. Is the mobo just starting to giveout? PLEASE anybody got any ideas? What would be a good bolt in replacement? (Just mobo, cpu and memory) Thanks,,,Paul
