After two outages close together (UPS failed!) my computer would not boot and had a flashing green light in front and on the power supply. After researching the problem online, including this forum, I unplugged everything, plugged in power and got a steady light. I plugged in just the motherboard to the PS and got the flashing light. That suggested a fried mobo.
I bought a new one, plugged it in and got the same flashing light.
Now what? Is really a bad PS and I wasted my money on the mobo or is there a chance that the new board is DOA?
Old mobo: MSI 945P Platinum
New: ASRock P45TS
Thanks,
Tim
