Bad memory?

Well I decided to run memtest out of the blue and I was suprised that within 14 passes there were 32 errors. I'm not sure whether its normal to have some memory errors or not. Should I just toss the ram and replace it? Also I have had problems bringing my computer into the s3 state. Could this be why?

Test the memory one stick at a time and see what the results are. The results of this can better help you decide what to do to fix the problem.
