Bad memory bandwidth values.

I am getting very low memory bandwidth data from SiSandras benchmark. My system is a 775Dual Vsta, 1024x2 Corsair TWIN2X2048-5400C4 running at 4-4-4 667mz dual mode and a Core 2 duo e6400 slightly clocked. I am getting 3600/3600 in Sisoft's SiSandra memory bandwidth benchmark. Is this a normal value for my system?
