Bad mainboard eating my RAM?

I have the notorious ASUS A7V133 motherboard with 128MB SDRAM. For the third time, I started having problems again after replacing RAM that has gone bad. I figured that I had just got a bad lot of RAM or something, but now I think something is screwed up with this board. I test the RAM each time it is replaced, and in a few months to a week, its fails all of the tests I ran before.

Could there be any other reason for the RAM to keep crapping out like this? Should I just get a new board?

I had a K7S5A that would burn up RAM in about 10 seconds, bad DIMM slot. This could be the problem. I would get a new board. And new RAM while you're at it. I know most RAM has a lifetime warranty.
