"Bad Image" when running iTunes and LimeWire

This is an error message I get when I open iTunes...

"The application or DLL C:\Program Files\QuickTime\OTSystem\QuickTimeImage.qtx" is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette".

I also got this message with LimeWire, but upgrading my Java runtime fixed that. Does anyone know what the deal is? Thanks!
