"Bad Image" recurring error - bogus file?

I'm not quite sure how to describe this problem because the file name that it gives is different every time but here is a screen cap of the last one I received.

I have received this error several times. When I go into the Startup area in msconfig there is a boot file named after the file error(rasauto762r.exe in this case). I uncheck that one and reboot and another random file name pops up in the error. I don't know what the first.awp is or could be. I've scanned for virus's using PC-Cillin but it does not find anything. I also tried the net scanner they provide and nothing. I've tried running Spybot but it doesn't find anything either.
All of a sudden I can't even open up Outlook Express to check my email. I don't know if it's a related problem or not. This time trying to load Spybot or Adaware I get an error messaging saying "This Application has failed to start because ATL.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." This is getting really annoying.
Does anyone have a clue what this could be? It sounds very shady to me and I'd like to clean it up.
Also when I run Security Task Manager a file named wzcsapi734.dll pops up. When I do a search for it it does not show up anywhere. There have been other files like this with seemingly random names and numbers at the end. Does anyone know what any of this stuff is? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Josh

Do you also have a microsoft.exe somewhere? The quick google search I did found several hits for rasauto, all of which dealt with a trojan.

I finally decide to try a system roll back so I went about a month back. Didn't make any major chances in the last month so I didn't lose anything at all. But it seems to have gotten rid of the problem. I havn't had the error pop up once since I did it. I can't think of what I could have downloaded to get that on my computer. I'm usually pretty good with that stuff and hate when someone downloads anything on my PC heh.
