ok so now i have option to switch to fibre from broadband will it help in multiplayer games or it is all same i have hit registration problem in battlefield 3

fiber is generally going to offer better ping, but really it's HIGHLY dependant on tons of other factors, the main one being, your physical distance from the server you're playing on.

The further away you are, the higher your ping (latency) will be.

Fiber generally provides better latency than copper DSL/Cable, but it's so dependant on other factors, that there is no blanket answer I can give you.

Like I said there is NO WAY for ANYONE to say if it will be better or worse.

It 100% depends on where you live, your ISPs, and THEIR routing. Your fiber ISP could be complete garbage routing through half the world before ending up at the EA servers for battlefield. Giving you even higher ping than before.

OR, it could be a fantastic fiber ISP that is nearly directly routing you to EA servers and so your ping is half of what it currently is.

No one here can answer this question for you, it's too dependant on variables we simply can't know.

Unless you want to run a game server, or a teamspeak (is Discord the new thing now) server, then a static IP is useful.
Sure, but that in today's world, the VAST majority of people aren't doing this.

In the 90's or early 2000's you'd have had a better argument I guess though.
