Bad hard drive is causing Windows to crash...

is there anyway to get my data off this drive? What happens is whenever the hard drive is hooked up windows refuses to boot and blue screens with the message PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA . It even does this with both XP's install and Vista's install.

Is it possible to get the data off this drive? The drive spins up and the bios detects it. I'm thinking that maybe the cache is bad.
