Bad Habit

I catch myself chewing on my bottom lip until it sometimes bleeds. Not like eating it, but sort of like chewing my nails. Which I also do. But I don't realize I am until I catch myself.
Along with popping my knuckles, back and neck.
Anyone else chew on their bottom lips, or am I just really messed up.

yeah I do that too. In fact, right now, I have an open wound on my lip from chewing on it. I only do it when it's already torn, whetehr from being chapped or whatnot.

well put it this way, i try to pop my neck everytime i think about it, sometimes its every 5 minutes sometimes, 10 minutes and so on. not an hour goes by where i don't try and pop it atleast once. i don't pop my neck while sleeping or atleast i don't think i do.

i chew the inside of my cheek, like by the lip
also, i like to bite this spot right by left wrist (like where thumb meets the wrist). usually happens only when i am really mentally involved in something, but it is weird to look down there and see teeth marks

I don't chew on my wrist, but I chew on my cheek too. That wrist thing is weird you freak.
