Bad cooling fan -- best solution?

I have 3 graphics cards all with bad cooling fans. I know diamond wants cards sent in, but that sucks cuz of the cost to ship and I'm w/o computer in the meantime.
And creative I haven't been able to get ahold of, but I assume they also want the card sent in rather than just mailing the fan.

Is it just better to forget oem support and fix this myself? The fans are all different cards and all bad--(cked usual problems already)?

What have been your solutions? If anybody has found exact fitting fans, that would be easiest fix.

Thanks.

That's quite the problem you've got there... If you can live with only one or two systems for a while, you might consider sending in the Creative card, waiting for the replacement to come, then sending in the Diamon cards, or vice versa. Also, are you sure that they won't reimburse you for the shipping? You might want to ask them specifically.

Edit: For fans, I really don't know, that's why I was suggesting that.

I only have one system at home. Another card is in daughter's system at school.
I'll contact them about the s/h re-imbursement...
