bad bios flash

Yesterday I flashed my abit bf-6's bios to correct a minor pci slot issue. It worked, except now my Philips Rythmic edge soundcard no longer works. Device manager says: This device cannot start. (Code 10). I've reinstalled the latest win2k drivers and I'm positive thats not the problem, I think its an irq thing. If i uninstall the driver it will detect it at startup (yes it is plugged in). In any case its a result of the bios flash in some way. Recently I made enemies with the customer support at philips usa over this same card and a similiar problem. I can't afford a new soundblaster now (bye bye a3d) so I need to fix this. I've tried moving to different PCI slots still no fix. please help PC-speaker doesnt cut it.

Update: nothing at badflash.com helped btw
