Bad Bios Flash-need help

After the Shuttle motheboard appeared to take the flash and tried to reboot, nothing, only the fans on, no floppy seak to reflash back. Tried cmos clear after removal of power cord to no avail.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
 
try searching the forums for others who have had problems with a bad flash. I seem to remember a website called badflash.com that may offer a few alternatives including how to hotflash your bios chip to get you back in the saddle.
