Bad Axe 2 mobo--dead lan port

Its turned on in the bios, but not recognized at all in windows off a fresh build. All drivers are loaded.

Also, I cant overclock worth a crud on this board. 270 mhz bus speed is the fastest i can go. Suggestions on what im doing wrong?
 
read some more.. I had some settings wrong. I'm sitting at 2.997 ghz right now. Not going to push it since I am using the default thermal sticky stuff. I need to put some AS5 down and retest.

p.s. Network is still hosed. I'm going to return it to Microcenter once they get some new boards in.
