Bad at %'s in math, help in vcore and %'s over VID's

alright so can someone easily breakdown the whole 1.45 vcore * 104% over vid calculation?

Ive done like 1.45x.104 then add that number to the 1.45 move decimal over and still doesnt seem to match the actually vcore it runs when i save.

Also, is 260x10 faster then 217x12 there both 2.6 ghz?

If your ram is running 1:1 at 260, it will be faster than if it is running 1:1 at 217...the extra 4MHZ in CPU speed will nowhere near outmatch the extra ram bandwidth. If you can run 10x260 1:1, then do it, it will be much faster and you will have a bad a$$ overclock to boot.
