- Tthe scene in Goodfellas where Deniro is sitting at the bar smoking a cigarette and Iron Butterfly is playing in the background.
- The scene in Forrest Gump (no really) where he sees Jenny get hit by the ant-war hippie, then Forest just pumles the guy while Jimmy Hendrix plays in the background.
- Independance Day President Speech (It wasn't cheesy or corny when it first came out IMO)
- When Superman kneels before Zod
- Optimus Prime Vs. Megatron
- Yoda fight scene.

the scene in Predator where Arnold and his squad mows down like 50 yards of foliage from withering gunfire was bad-ass (though didn't send a chill down my spine).
 
not really a spine-chilling scene, but badass none-the-less:

When peter in Office Space takes out the screws in his cubicle and pushes the wall over, to expose a nice window view.

Well, maybe looking back it was a little cheesy, but When it first came out, it gave me chills.
 
The bits in the Matrix where Smith pummels Neo at superfast speeds in the train tunnel. then throws him into the wall right next to the tracks.
