I recently bought the eVGA limited edition 6800 with 325/1100 im gettin 17728 3D marks with 2001SE

I see people with scores in the 21,000++ on ORB with my setup..
I suspect it maybe that my PSU isnt giving it enough power.. anyway to find out?

I also get ocassional hickups in CS Source...

my setup:

AMD Athlon XP 3200+
NF7-S 2.0
512 DDR OCZ RAM (6-2-2-2)
400 watt powmax PSU 🙁

I get 14000-15000 with my setup, 3dmark01 is highly CPU based, try running 3dmark03, if you beat my 4,000 score, you'll know your card is a lot better (Hint, you will notch about 8k 😉)

nope, i got 10,400 in 3dmark03 😀
I guess its my CPU's fault for 3dmark2001 😛
I OCed to 370/1150 and got a lower 2001 score.. 😛

it just bugged me becuase i got 15,000 on my ti4600 o well

you're in good order, dont worry about synthetic benchmarks, just enjoy your games 🙂

ya, i guess he was right.. 2001 is dependent on the CPU (and you have a nice FSB )

anyway with stock, i get:
17,873 in 01 and
10,380 in 03 and
4,300 in 05

the max i got was 365 on the GPU (didnt try the other thing) with:
17,683 in 01 and
10,800 in 03 and
4,723 in 05
