Bacon vs thick cut vs extra thick cut

In a 16oz package (same price) there are:
16 slices of regular bacon
12 slices of thick cut
8 slices of extra thick cut

I've cooked all 3.
My preference is thick cut.

regular bacon is too thin and doesnt have that good meaty texture.
Extra thick cut has too few slices. it just doesnt look like you have alot of bacon when you cook the entire package for yourself.

What's your preference. WHY?

Thick cut is better than regular for same reasons OP mentioned, never bought extra thick but I did get a pack of end pieces from a butcher, cooked them and didn't like them at all.

That was the point. Do it at all and this is what will happen. VD (what STDs used to be called) was serious stuff. Using AIDS to scare kids into abstinence is no where near as effective as a few wiener shots.
