Bacon: Flimsy vs Crispy

I like flimsy.

Both. Depends on what mood I'm in. Had a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy's this afternoon that actually had crispy bacon and it was a nice change of pace.

slow cooked crispy bacon is the best. it locks in that artery clogging flavor. but if you are in a hurry bacon cooked on a foreman grill is good too, as long as it is crispy of course.

you know how when you you cook bacon and get raw bacon juice on your hands and you lick your fingers and it taste pretty good so you keep licking your fingers but then later you get the squirts
