Backwards compatibility? (RAM, AGP, etc)

I'm looking into getting a SFF case to replace my huge tower (Biostar iDEQ specifically) and wanted to see how much of my old hardware would work with it. I have an Athlon Tbird 1.33 GHz (probably will be replaced by Barton 2500+), PC2100 RAM, and a 4xAGP video card. Here's the product info. How much new stuff would I have to buy to get this to work? Could I get by with replacing nothing off the bat or would I need a new CPU and RAM (I'd be fine with the builtin video)? Thanks a lot!
