I have an important db that is backed up daily at my office. Right now we are using Zip Disks and only one copy is made daily.
I would like to start using some of those USB key chain solid state drives so that other employees can take a backup home as well (I would like at least 2 daily).
Anyway, I was wondering if it would be possible to create an autorun file on the USB drive so that when it is plugged in, the old files would be replaced by updated files. I am the only one that knows anything about the computers at work, so I need something foolproof here.
Is this possible, or am I just dreaming?
