Backup to DVD Carousel

Has anyone heard of a backup DVD carousel - where there are a couple of DVDs in the carousel and software will allow you to backup to the DVDs inside automatically without having to deal with changing DVDs?

Oh, did you actually want to know something about them? 😛

They're generally pretty expensive if you need much capacity. To the point where you might as well start considering high-capacity DLT tapes instead.
