Backup Systems via Internet

I have set up a file server running Windows2000 Professional. I would like to use Symantec Ghost to do backups of various computers at remote locations. Does anyone have experience with this? If not specifically, does anyone have any suggestions on how to better setup this type of remote backup system? Thanks in advance!
