backup solutions?

Running a simple PTP network, with a snap server file server.

Really just need a simple automated way to backup the snap server daily, and full backups weekly.

Also, any way to backup to the web?

Looking for a better backup method than what we have now (30gig echo backup tape drives).

any advice would be appreciated.
