Hi guys, kinda been out of the game so I need some advice:

I need a software/hardware solution that will allow me to do weekly backups of my music/personal data/photos to an external hard drive. prob need at least 1 tb.
I figure a DIY solution might be the best option but was looking for advice. I will also be using windows 7 and want an ESATA solution. USB 2.0 is so slow for that much data.

Should i just buy a big 1.5 TB drive and a enclosure? If so what is a good enclosure to get?
what about the software?
