I'm looking for some backup software (free preferably) that will basically automatically backup on a schedule a few basic things.

I'm just looking for something simple to backup Outlook Express e-mail contacts/address book and messages, Firefox bookmarks, My Documents and a few random folders.

Also, a simple restore is preferably. The user in question won't really feel comfortable manually restoring outlook express folders or Firefox bookmarks to directories.

I can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. It really should be easy to find this, but I'm having trouble find something that will simply do what I want here.

I've tried Comodo backup and todo backup so far
 
Vista and Win 7 both have pretty good built in backup capability. You have already paid for them.

i just checked out backblaze and tried it out. it is pretty awesome.. very small program and it works quite well restoring also.
i'm going to start recommending this one. unlimited space is huge!
