Backup Software that works on Server 2003

I'm looking for some suggestions of backup software that will work on Server 2003.

Needs for software:

• Ability to delete backups older than x time period
• Ability to send emails when backups fail
• Works on Server 2003

Nice but not necessary:

• Support server 2008

Been using Second Backup on our server. It was cheap and does what I need it to do...

We’ve used Praetorian Guard in the office on server 2008 but it works on 2003 as well – it sends email notifications, has a nice scheduler. It doesn’t delete backups automatically I think. The license is per user
