backup software for mac capable of ntfs?

So on my mac i have the ntfs driver so I can read and write on ntfs drives. I have two external 1tb drives formatted for ntfs. 1 is full of data and I want to make the other a backup for it. So far all the backup software i find is not capable of using ntfs. Is there a software capable of this?

Doubtful because AFAIK that NTFS driver isn't officially supported by Apple. If it's NTFS I'm assuming you have a Windows machine, so can you find a backup tool that supports SMB/CIFS shares?
