BackUP program

Im looking for a backup program for my office that backups a few selected folder and puts them on a CD-RW (only about 100MB worth) every NIGHT.. Anyone know of a good cheap program to do this?

Why not have the burner configured as a normal drive and then schedule a DOS batch copy.

Could you please explain a little more on the instructions on how to do this?

I have a CDRW on my server and would like to be able to backup several directories to the CDRW everynite without user intervention. I will be using a CDRW disc so I dont have to change it out daily.

I found a program, made by Veritas, it was only $43.99 online. Cant remember the name though. It was real nice.
