Backup program that can synchronize when you move files to a different folder

Is there a free backup program out there that will do the following?

ex: I move a file from source to a different directory. Backup program detects this and will move the file in the destination drive accordingly without backing up from the source again and causing a duplicate...

I'd like something I can use an external drive to mimic a raid 1 albeit in a scheduled fashion....

Will synchronicity from Sourceforge do this?

You can make a batch file that uses robocopy to do this, then use task scheduler to run it at any interval you want. You could also use PureSync free to run a scheduled synchronization.
