Backup iPhone images/videos to my own server?

Photos? I load everything into Photos and then backup Photos to my home server. (And that home server gets backed up to a second home server daily.) I don't have enough iCloud space to back up all my iPhone (and my wife's iPhone) photos and videos. How much iCloud space do you have?
