Backlight for LCD Panels

Hey there. I am replacing a screen in an AIO PC and the backlight cables don't have the same number of pins.

I heard I could splice the original cable, a 6 Pin, to the new panel's 4 Pin.

Can anyone tell me which cables I should splice.
