Backing up/transferring phonebook entries to Motorola phones from the PC?

Hey guys. I picked up a Motorola V220 to replace my Nokia 8390 today and I'm pretty impressed with it thus far. I'm now trying to find a way to read off my names and numbers from my Nokia, type them up on my computer and upload them via the mini-USB cable I already owned (fits the V220 nicely).

The software I've gotten a hold of:
- mobile PhoneTools 2.00
- The "P2K" Motorola USB Modem driver for WinXP

The software doesn't let me do a backup/restore or synchronization to my phone. 🙁 Any help?
 
are u sure i been useing the mobile phone tools but only for transfering ringtones and pictures. i remember seeing a option to transfer all the names and contacts to and from the phone.
