Backing up Plex Media Server Configuration

If I ever reinstall Windows 10, I don't want to lose my Plex Media Server configuration such as movies with forced subtitles set in the movie's settings in Plex and custom poster art, as I don't want to have to reconfigure those in Plex Media Server after reinstalling Windows 10. Is there a way to backup my current configuration in Plex, to minimize downtime after a Windows 10 reinstall?
