Backing up Outlook express e-mails?

I am trying to back up my e-mails in outlook express. I cant't figure it out for the life of me. I know that the answer is going to be a DUH! I feel so inadequate🙂 Thanks to anyone who has some answers.
 
Highlight the e-mail and go to File and click Save As.. Save it to your favorite folder.. then you can back it to floppy,zip,etc...🙂
